• Pearls of honeydew melon with passion fruit coulis

• Poached pear & stilton pate served on a bed of salad leaves with melba toast

MAIN COURSES:

• Pan fried duck breast served with a rich damson & port reduction
• Sword fish steak oven baked with an artichoke, prawn & red pepper butter
• Chicken fillet stuffed with brie & bacon served with a garlic & wild mushroom sauce
• 12oz Sirloin Steak (£3.00 extra) cooked to your liking with a rich creamy pepper sauce
• Tian of butternut squash roast vegetables & gruyere cheese, drizzled with red pepper coulis, finished with a medallion of tarragon butter
