- Seafood mousse served on a bed of salad leaves with melba toast
MAIN COURSES:
- Roast beef slow roast topside of beef served with either a rich chasseur sauce or traditionally with Yorkshire pudding
- Salmon Veronique oven baked with a creamy white wine & grape sauce
- Chicken forestier chicken fillet with a bacon, shallot, tomato, red wine & wild mushroom sauce
- Honey & mustard roast ham served with a thick creamy onion sauce
- 12oz sirloin steak - (£3 extra) cooked to your liking with a rich creamy pepper sauce
